This conservatory completed last week had a flat roof with two lanterns installed. The roof has an EPDM rubber surface. EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane and has replaced the old felt roofing that needed to be changed regularly. Now homeowners can have a flat roof without the worry of regular maintenance and leaks associated with the old felt and tar surfaces.
